Mysteriums are hidden puzzles in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 that require players to use their skills and abilities to solve. Completing Mysteriums rewards players with new suits, gadgets, and other rewards.
There are a total of 10 Mysteriums in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, which are located throughout the city. Some Mysteriums are more challenging than others, but they are all solvable with a little bit of patience and perseverance.
Here is a list of all the Mysterium locations in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2:
Harlem: Under Construction
On the eastern side of Harlem, you’ll need to defeat all enemies.
- Gold: Less than 60 seconds
- Silver: 60 — 90 seconds
- Bronze: More than 90 seconds
Central Park: Everyone’s a Critic
On the eastern border between Central Park and Upper East Side, you must defeat all enemies.
- Gold: Less than 1 minute 45 seconds
- Silver: Less than 2 minutes 15 seconds
- Bronze: More than 2 minutes 15 seconds
Upper East Side: Prison Break
In the most southeastern corner of Upper East Side underneath the bridge, you need to defeat all enemies.
- Gold: Less than 2 minutes 15 seconds
- Silver: Less than 2 minutes 45 seconds
- Bronze: More than 2 minutes 45 seconds
Midtown: The Invisible Enemy
Towards the northern border of Midtown and Upper East Side, in the middle of the District. You must use finishers on enemies.
- Gold: Less than 2 minutes 10 seconds
- Silver: Less than 2 minutes 40 seconds
- Bronze: More than 2 minutes 40 seconds
Chinatown: Fight On Time
In the northwestern corner of Chinatown, you must use finishers on enemies.
- Gold: Less than 3 minutes 30 seconds
- Silver: Less than 5 minutes
- Bronze: More than 5 minutes
Downtown Brooklyn: Fear of Heights
Towards the northeastern corner of Downtown Brooklyn, you need to knock enemies into the void.
- Gold: Less than 1 minute 3 seconds
- Silver: Less than 2 minutes 15 seconds
- Bronze: More than 2 minutes 15 seconds
Williamsburg: Road Rage
On the west end of Williamsburg next to the bridge, you don’t get hit by enemies.
- Gold: 0 hits
- Silver: Less than 3 hits
- Bronze: More than 3 hits
Williamsburg: Grave Decision
In the middle of Williamsburg, you don’t get hit by enemies.
- Gold: 0 hits
- Silver: Less than 3 hits
- Bronze: More than 3 hits
Downtown Queens: Punch Your Ticket
In the southeastern corner of Downtown Queens, you need to defeat brutes.
- Gold: Less than 2 minutes
- Silver: Less than 3 minutes 20 seconds
- Bronze: More than 3 minutes 20 seconds
Grand Finale — Downtown Brooklyn
After completing the other 9 Mysteriums listed above, you’ll unlock one final Mysterium titled Grand Finale. Please refer to our Grand Finale walkthrough for more information.
How to Solve Mysteriums
To solve a Mysterium, you must first find the Mysterium terminal. Mysterium terminals are usually located in hidden areas, such as rooftops, alleyways, and inside buildings.
Once you have found the Mysterium terminal, you must complete the puzzle associated with the Mysterium. Mysterium puzzles can be challenging, but they are all solvable with a little bit of experimentation.
If you are stuck on a Mysterium puzzle, you can use the Mysterium assist feature to get a hint. The Mysterium assist feature will give you a small clue about how to solve the puzzle.
